Collecting your key | Digital reception
Read below how to get your key. After that, you enter a magnificent holiday suite.
Step 1
Two days before arrival you’ll get an email with your access codes for your stay, make sure that you have to codes with you on your arrival date.
Step 3
At the left handside in the entrance you will find the safe with an enveloppe with your name and roomnumber. The first digit says on wich floor your holiday suite is.

Step 2
When you arrive you may go to the entrance hall of Evancy Bray Dunes – Etoile des Dunes. Next to the door you can enter the code you’ve received in the email.
Step 4
Please make sure you’ll leave your key in the letterbox with ‘retour clés’ Holiday suites on.
From Amsterdam
- A27 towards Antwerpen
- E17 towards Gent
- E40 towards Veurne, next A16 towards Dunkerque
- Exit 65 Ghyvelde/Bray-Dunes
Take the second exit on the roundabout towards D947, go straight at the next roundabout. Go straight at the traffic lights. After that, turn right in Boulevard Georges Pompidou. Now follow this way till the junction. Again, turn right. This is your destination. Rue des Négociants. Your holiday suite is at your left side.
From Lille
- A25 towards Dunkerque
- Exit 14 Bray-Dunes
Take the second exit on the roundabout towards D947, go straight at the next roundabout. Go straight at the traffic lights. After that, turn right in Boulevard Georges Pompidou. Now follow this way till the junction. Again, turn right. This is your destination. Rue des Négociants. Your holiday suite is at your left side.
From Brussels
- E40 towards Gent – Veurne
- E40 towards Veurne, next A16 towards Dunkerque

Direct to the parking
The parking of the residence Etoile des Dunes is shared with the one of the residence Etoile de Mer. The parking is located in between the two buildings in Rue des Hirondelles. If you leave the building, the parking is in the first street on the left. You can enter and park your car on the reservated spot.
